All orders under $3000 shipping to the continental United States ordered before 12:00 PM EST M-F will ship same day.

Being an internet business , all of our on line orders are processed through PayPal , the webs most secure on line collection agency. When you make a purchase we are notified via PayPal that your funds have been recieved through them. We then instruct them to transfer the funds to our corporate account. This may take from 1 to 2 business days. Upon reciept of your payment into our corporate account we then ship your product. This is why we do not offer next day air shipments as we can not ship until your funds are transferred from PayPal too us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
We will ship internationally. Cutomers are responsible for all customs charges , fees and tariffs. There will be additional shipping charges on international shipments that are not reflected in our current shipping costs. If you wish to have an item shipped outside of the continental U.S.A. you must first contact us via email at customerservice@gpsnavpro.com or by calling 1-540-980-7527. We will require that you provide us with the SKU number , description and quantity of the product you are interested in purchasing. We also need a valid shipping address for you. Once this information is supplied we will contact you with the total shipping cost of your item and purchasing details. If you agree to the shipping charges we will provide you with simple instructions of how to pay for your purchase and the international shipping charges through our on line collection agent PayPal. Do not add shipping insurance. If you wish to add shipping insurance SEE BELOW.
SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
The shipping insurance rates quoted on our products pages are for shipments to the U.S.A. only. If you wish to add shipping insurance to an international order you must request a quote when you contact us with your ordering information. We ship international orders via USPS and UPS  World Wide Express. Shipping insurance rates vary according to carrier and destination.

FREE SHIPPING TO U.S.A. MEANS TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE HAWAII OR ALASKA. NO SHIPPING CHARGES OVER $10.00 ON THIS SITE.
Back Ordered AND Discontinued Products Policy
We update our site every day to insure that our inventory of products is up to date and that current prices are reflected. Prices and product availability however are subject to change at anytime due to the constant advances in electronics technology. We try to stay on top of this as much as possible. If you order an item which has been back ordered we will notify you at the time of your order and give you the option of a full refund or you may opt to have the product shipped to you when it becomes available. In the event an item has been discontinued we will give you a full refund. WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
GPSNAVPRO ELECTRONICS offers a return period of 14 business days from date of receipt.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.  Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.  Special Order items(lead time items) may not be returned.  Opened and/or unsealed  DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to customerservice@gpsnavpro.com or call 540-980-7527 and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.  Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% ; please contact GPSNAVPRO ELECTRONICS for details.
